Refund Policy

At VACS Network, we strive to deliver high-quality web services and design solutions. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both our clients and our agency.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Project Cancellation: If a project is canceled before work has commenced, a full refund may be issued.
  • Work in Progress: If the project is in progress and the client decides to cancel, a partial refund may be provided based on the work completed.
  • Completed Projects: No refunds will be issued for completed and delivered projects.
  • Subscription Services: Payments for subscription-based services (e.g., website maintenance, hosting, or support) are non-refundable after the service period has begun.
  • Revisions and Modifications: If the client is dissatisfied with the work, we offer a reasonable number of revisions. However, this does not guarantee a refund.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Custom software, plugins, or third-party tools purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
  • If a client fails to provide required project details, delays responses, or changes project scope significantly after work has started, refunds will not be issued.
  • Services that have been fully delivered and approved by the client are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process:

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.
  • We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns and ensure satisfaction with our services.
